eWallet Test 2026 - Nur 7.6?

I’ve been using eWallet for well over 10 years. They’ve continually improved it over that period, without charging me for even some major upgrades. The last complaint I had with it was problems syncing across platforms and devices. With cloud synce, the last shortcoming it had is gone. I highly recommend this for keeping your life secure!

I have a bad memory so I realized early on that I needed a secure app to memorize all the passwords, account numbers etc. I started using it on a PC and now use it on an iMac and iPhone. I use it many times a day.

The most used feature is the 'manual search' feature that this article says it doesn't have ???
Over the years I have collected hundreds of cards. I type something like 'chase' and eWallet will show all cards that contain that word. The search updates with each letter I type, very handy and quick.

I only sync over Wifi because no data of mine goes in the cloud (I am a bit paranoid).

Another thing I don't understand about this article that it calls this app 'expensive', far from it if you ask me.

I've used eWallet form many years and it's terrific. I am able to use it with my PCs, Macs, iDevices and Android devices. My data is always with me, and I don't need a live internet connection. I'm not required to store my confidental data in the cloud. It's on each of my devices, and as a result I have many backups. It works really well and I have rarely had any issues. It comes with 256 bit AES encryption built in, which is better than many competitors. Once you've bought it, you own it. You don't have to keep paying, but you do get all updates included.

I have used eWallet for more than 10 years on my iPhone and MacBook. It is a very stable and easy to use software product. I enjoyed using it. It will be an even better product if Ilium can improve its serach feature.

One great feature is the ability to sync across multiple devices - ipad, iphone, android phone and mac.
The other plus point is the one time payment.
It is easy to use.
Highly recommend this to others who don't want to tie themselves to recurring cost.

I've been an eWallet user for over 20 years. One of reasons that I keep using it (besides the great interface, multi-platform support, and the ability to store any sensitive information and not just passwords) is that it's already paid for. Many of the other products on this list require a subscription. I paid once for my mac and once for my iOS device - total of $30. That was in 2013. Dashlane, meanwhile, is $60 a year. So I would have paid over $400 by now.
